Pitchspoon (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a music review reading application. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Pitchspoon, you agree to this policy.

Usage data: app interactions, features used, session duration, and reading activity.
Preferences: saved reviews, bookmarks, and reading history stored to personalize your experience.
Device data: device type, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
Location data: approximate location based on IP address (not precise GPS location).

We use this information to provide and improve the review reading experience, personalize recommendations based on what you read and save, send important service updates and notifications you’ve opted into, analyze app performance and user experience, and develop new features.
How we share information
We share data with service providers for cloud hosting, analytics, and content delivery under contracts that protect your data, and when required for legal obligations, safety concerns, or business transfers.
We do not sell your personal information.
Security
All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption, and data is stored using industry-standard security practices with regular audits and access controls. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

We keep data as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements. You can clear your reading history and saved content in the app at any time.

Children
Pitchspoon isn’t for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

Pitchspoon may integrate with third-party analytics or content providers. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
